At Verosis , your satisfaction is our highest priority. We process orders promptly, shipping them within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the move.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date as stated on your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.

For Change-of-Mind Returns/Exchanges
Products must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in their original condition. If the item is part of a set or multi-item package, all pieces must be returned together. Items designated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are excluded. For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
